We are delighted to advise you that The Chief Dental Officer has announced that Dental Practices can reopen from the 8th June.
For a number of weeks, we have been working hard to place additional procedures in place, in addition to  on top of our strict hygiene protocols, in order to support the safety of our patients and colleagues.  Due to the governments very short notice we are still working towards providing the safest environment for our patients.

Please be aware that we will need to phase the service provision as recommended by our guidelines. This means that we will be minimising the number of people in the practice to conform to social distancing measures, therefore limiting the number of patients that we can see in a single day.

The DentalHouse team will begin week commencing Monday 15th June reorganising the diaries to allow for implementation of the enhanced safety procedures. From July 1st we aim to begin with face to face appointments again.

We have a priority list of patients who contacted us during lockdown with dental emergencies and our aim is to contact those patients as soon as possible. In addition, if you have a dental emergency then please feel free to contact us on 07907 025620.

As the diaries allow, we will then contact patients who are in mid treatment, followed by patients who had routine check-ups and appointments cancelled.

We will be updating you on our new patient journey which will include completing as much paperwork and payment remotely before you attend the practice to keep contact to a minimum.

If you do need help or advice, please call or email us.
Our team will be working really hard to get back to ‘normal’ as soon as possible and whilst this is good news please be patient with us during this initial period.
We hope to see you soon,

The DentalHouse team.
